摘要
目的:观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)对毛支患儿血浆血栓素β2(TXβ2)、6-酮前列腺素F1 a(6-keto-PGF1 a)水平的影响。方法:检测32例毛支患儿急性期及PGE1治疗后血浆TXβ2、6-keto-PGF1 a水平,并以20例健康儿作为对照。结果:毛支患儿急性期TXβ2、TXβ2/6-keto-PGF1 a比值显著高于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P均<0.01),6-keto-PGF1 a于急性期明显降低,与正常对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。PGE1治疗后血浆TXβ2、TXβ2/6-keto-PGF1 a比值显著低于治疗前,有显著性差异(P均<0.01);与正常对照组相比无显著性差异。PGE1治疗后6-keto-PGF1 a升高,但与治疗前组比无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:前列腺素E1对毛细支气管炎治疗有效,其作用机理与抑制血栓素A2合成有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PGE1 on levels of TXβ2 and 6 - keto - PGF1 a in plasma of children with bronchiolitis. Methods: The changes of TXβ2 and 6 - keto - PGF1a in plasma of 32 children with bronchiolitis treated by PGE1 were detected and compared with those of 20 normal children. Results: The ratio of TXI32 to 6 - keto - PGF1 a and the levels of 6 - keto - PGF1 a in acute period of bronchilitis group were much higher than those in normal group ( P 〈0.01, P 〈0.01 ) ; The levels of TXβ2 in plasma ofbronchiolitis group and the ratio of TXβ to 6 - keto - PGF1a were much lower by treated with PGE1 ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but there were not obvious differ- ence compared with those in normal group ; The levels of 6 - keto - PGFIa in plasma were much higher, but there were not obvious difference compared with that normal group. Conclusion: PGE1 can effectively treat bronchiolitis, which may act through prohibiting TXβ2 synthesis.
