摘要
目前,CBR(Case-Based Reason ing)方法在商业中的应用已成为研究热点。在简介CBR原理的基础上,分析了将CBR应用于商业中所需解决的案例表示与案例库构造、相似匹配算法的选择、特征权值的确定等问题,提出了解决这些问题的思路和方法,通过应用实例验证了所提出方法的有效性。
Recently, how to use the method of CBR in commerce has become a hot research topic. After introducing the basic principle of CBR, this paper analyzes the problems such as the case description and case base construction, similarity algorithm selection, and attribute weight determining, which should be solved when applying CBR to commerce. Then it proposes the methods of solving these problems, and proves the effectiveness of these methods by examples.
