摘要
简要介绍了目前在我国采用的几种工程项目管理模式，分析了从管理咨询单位角度如何在项目实施过程中加强项目管理，实现项目增值，最终提高工程建设管理水平。
Engineering project management modes used at present in our country are briefly introduced. From the viewpoint of management and consultant part measures to strengthen project management are analyzed in order to raise the value of project and improve project management level.
