摘要
为设计稳定、优化的化工操作程序,提出全新的基于两步法的三层标准数据矩阵综合操作程序方法。此方法弥补了两步法在求解操作路径上的不足,在求解操作路径上引入最优控制原理,从理论上提出严格的数学模型,用求解最优进料速度的例子证明求出的操作路径具有合理、优化性,为综合操作程序提供了一个全新的思路。
A three - tier formal data matrix based on the two - step quantitative planning strategy is proposed in this paper to support planning of operating procedures. Compensating the two - tier's weakness, optimization control theory is theoretically introduced in the strict mathematical model seeking for the optimal operating path. An example for the optimal feeding rate shows the validity of our method and the new method is proposed in this paper to provide guidelines for synthesizing operating procedures.
