摘要
目的探讨P-选择素(CD62P)在原发性肾小球肾炎发病中的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪对30例原发性肾小球肾炎患者外周血CD62P进行检测并进行临床分析,以20例正常人为对照。结果原发性肾小球肾炎组患者CD62P的表达较对照组显著增高(18.92±12.71比2.78±1.04,P<0.01),但肾功能正常组与慢性肾功能不全组比较无显著性差异(21.49±16.26比16.67±8.45,P>0.05)。结论CD62P在原发性肾小球肾炎的发病和发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of peripheral blood CD62P in patient with primary glomerulonephritis. Methods The expressions of CD62P in blood of 30 patients with glomerulonephritis were assessed by flow cytometry, compared with that of 20 normal in the control. Results CD62P levels in patients were higher than those in the control （ 18.92 ± 12.71 vs 2.78 ± 1.04, P 〈0.01 ） ,while there is no significant difference between the group of normal renal function and chronic renal failure（21.49 ± 16.26 vs 16.67 ± 8.45 ,P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Expression of CD62P in patients with glomerulonephritis is abnomal. CD62P might play an important role in the progression of renal diseases.
