摘要
试验了几种表面活性剂对曙红和光泽精化学发光强度的影响,并对其作用机理作了初步探讨.结果表明,表面活性剂在化学发光分析中的增敏作用与胶束的形成和表面活性剂亲水基团的结构有关.
The influence of several surface active agents on the chemiluminescence of eosiny and lucigenin are studied,and the function mechanisum of the surface active agents is initially explained. The conclusion is that the sensitization of surface active agents on chemiluminescence is related not only to the formation of micelle but also to the hydrophilic group's structure.
