摘要
西部农村开展远程教育势在必行,应充分利用远程教育优势,构建以高师院校为主体的西部农村远程教师教育体系,积极推进西部农村教师教育创新。
It is imperative for China＇ s rural west to develop long-dlstance education. We must make full use of its advantages, build a teacher education system with higher normal institutions as its main body in the rural west, and actively promote education innovation of west rural teachers.
