摘要
目的:探讨胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的手术方法。方法:回顾分析102例胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎行LC的临床资料。结果:94例完成LC,8例中转开腹。结论:术者熟练的操作是胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎LC成功的关键,胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎行LC是安全可行的。
Objective：To explore the experience of treatment for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder. Methods：The clinic data of 102 cases of calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder by LC were analyzed retrospeclively. Results ：94 cases were treated with LC successfully and 8 cases were converted to open procedure. Conclusions：LC is a safe and feasible modus for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder, but the surgeon who performd such kinds of LC should be well trained and expert in LC.
