摘要
探讨了重金属在渤海江豚组织器官中的分布特征和污染水平,力渤海江豚的保护、渤海海域的污染及海兽与环境的关系提供了重要的基础资料。1990年于辽东湾采集了10头江豚标本,用电感耦合等离子直读光谱(ICP)分别测定了其皮肤、骨胳、肌肉、肝脏、肺、肾、心、胃、肠、胰、脾、肾上腺及生殖腺等13种组织器官中铜、镉、锌、镍、钴、铁、铅等14种元素的含量。大部分元素在肝脏中呈现高积累,但在肾脏中以镉的积累为最高,渤海江豚体内重金属的浓度总体上比黄海江豚的高。组织中铁的浓度有随年龄增加而增加的趋势。
Samples of blubber, skin, bone, muscle, liver, kidney, heart, lung, stomach, intestine,pancreas, spleen, adrenal gland and gonad of finless porpoise (Neophocaena phocaenoides) from the Bohai Sea off the coast of Xing cheng, Liaoning Province, were analyzed for heavy metals ( Cd, Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Fe, Pb, Mo, etc, ). The distribution characteristics of heavy metals were investigated in all organs and tissues mentioned above except in blubber. The concentrations of most metals examined were higher in liver than in the other tissues, except Cd which has the highest concentration in kidney. The concentration of Fe in most of the tissues increased before 7 years old or so. Heavy metal concentrations in finless porpoise from the Bohai Sea were higher than those from the Huanghai Sea.
