摘要
本文对给水厂污泥,通过加药脱水和冻结融解脱水的两种实验,比较得知:污泥经冻结融解处理,粒子粗大化;过滤比阻比真空脱水污泥的比阻降一个数量级,过滤速度是真空脱水污泥的3—4倍,比添加助剂脱水污泥降两个数量级;脱水性能显著提高,可获得含水率较低的泥饼.特别是10%以上的高浓度污泥,自然固液分离很困难,经冻结融解处理,沉降性提高,固液分离容易,再浓缩效果更好.
In order to dewater sludge efficiently in a water-giving factory not usingdrug,we compared the sludge properties and dewatering ability between before and after thesludge disposed by using freezing-dissolving process. We found that sludge powder becamelarger and dewatering ability was stronger after disposal. The filtrating resistence was a numerical'order less than that of vacuum dewatering,two numerical orders less than that of filtrating assistant dewateringlthe speed of filter was three to four times that of vacuunl dewatering,we could also get low moisture content mud. Iii S very different to seperate liquid andsolid of a high concentration sludge above 10% but it became easier by using freezing-dissolving disposal method.
