摘要
本文提出了以聚三氟氯乙烯(PTFCE)为卤化剂,悬浮体制样/电热蒸发等离于体原子发射光谱(ETV-ICP-AES)直接测定水系沉积物(固体粉末)中微量铋的新方法。加入5%PTFCE,利用由化反应,改善Bi的蒸发。方法的检出限为24ng·ml ̄(-1),相对标准偏差3.2%,该法用于直接测定固体粉末水系沉积物中的Bi.结果与参考值吻合,回收率99.7-106.8%。
Self-made polytrifluorochloroethylene slurry has been taken as halogenation agent in electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ETVICP-AES) for determination of Bismuth,which promotes the evaporization of Bi. The main working parameters for ETV-ICP-AES have been optimized and the comcentration of the halogenation agent was examined for the Bi determination. The detection limit of Bi was 24ng/ml and relative standard deviation 3. 2% (n=5). The proposed method has been applied successfully to direct determination of Bi in water sediment. The recovery ranged between 99. 7-106. 8%.
