摘要
就业是中国经济发展的长期约束条件。就业问题的解决对中国当前具有重要的理论和现实意义。民营经济的发展对促进就业起了十分重要的作用。就业的增加在于发展民营经济。通过实证研究分析了民营经济发展与就业增长的相互关系。
Employment is a long restraining factor in China. The solution of employment has an important significance both in theory and reality.Development of Non-State-Owned Economy is very important to the promotion of employment. This article emphasizes that the new growth point of employment is in the development of Non-State-Owned enterprises, it analyses the relationship between employment growth and development of Non-State-Owned Economy. It gives several proposals to promote the development of on-State-Owned enterprises.
