摘要
农村公共物品对于农业的健康发展有重要作用。现有的公共物品供给机制是造成农村公共物品供给不足的重要原因。因此,要有效地解决农村公共物品严重不足的现状,就必须构建多中心的农村公共物品供给模式;完善农村公共物品的供给决策体制,引入农民的利益表达机制;建立健全公共财政体制,加大对农村公共物品的投入力度。
Public goods in countryside play a vital role in the healthy development of agriculture. But the existent public goods supply system becomes a major cause for the inefficiency of public goods supply in countryside Therefore, to solve the problem, there should： establish a multi - center pattern of public goods supply in countryside; integrate the decision- making system for the public goods supply and to introduce a mechanism for farmers＇ expression of their interests; and establish and integrate the public financial system to strengthen the investment in public goods supply in countryside.
