种植体植入及连接对犬颅面骨生长发育的影响

摘要 目的:探讨种植体固定连接及非连接对犬颅面骨生长发育的影响。方法:将8只Beagle系犬随机分为非连接实验组和连接实验组2组,每组4只。每只犬一侧分别于上颌骨和颧骨植入2颗种植体,对侧为正常对照。连接实验组在种植体植入1个月后固定连接种植体。数据应用SPSS11.5统计软件包进行Studentt检验。结果:在非连接实验组,随着颅面骨的生长,种植体间距明显增加;在连接实验组,相连接的2颗种植体间距不随颅面骨的生长而增加。2组颅面骨、眶及颧弓等部位的骨测量数据均无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:种植体间固定连接所带来的影响是局部的,对颅面骨的生长发育无显著抑制作用。 PURPOSE: To study the effects of implantation and implant connection on Beagle eraniofaeial bone growth. METHODS: Eight Beagle dogs were randomly divided into two groups: uneonneetion group (4 dogs) and connection group (4 dogs). Two implant were implanted respectively in the lateral maxilla and zygomatie bone in each dog, the eontra lateral side was used as normal control. Two implant was connected in the connection group 1 month later. Student's t test was used to analyze the data using SPSS11.5 software package. RESULTS: In the uneonneetion group,the distance increased between implants along with eraniofaeial bone growth; In the connection group,the distance fixed between implants along with craniofaeial bone growth. The eraniofaeial values revealed no significant differences in the two groups (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of implantation is localized and no inhibition in development of eraniofaeial bone is noted.
