摘要平胸类鸟一鸵乌(Ostrich)、鸸鹋(Emus)、鹬鸵(Kiwi)、鶆(奥鸟)(Rheas)和食火鸡(Cas-sowarie)的商业养殖至少已有百年历史,但它们的迅速普及只是最近几年的事。
