摘要
0℃下,香椿芽采后的呼吸强度很快下降;在其贮藏过程中,总叶绿素(TCHL)、叶绿素a(CHLa)、叶绿素b(CHLb)和Vc含量明显减少,过氧化物酶POD活性显著增强。贮藏30d,总叶绿素含量减少38.9%,Vc减少95.4%,POD活性提高4.5倍,无纤维化和落叶现象发生。
At 0℃, the of resiration of chinese toon (Toona sinensis Roem) bud (CTB) decreased rapidly after harvest. The contents of total chlorophyll (TCHL),chlorophyll a (CHLa), chlorophyll b (CHLb) and Vc decreased distinctly and the peroxidase (POD) activity increased markedly during the storage. After 30 days storage the contents of TCHLL and Vc decreased by 38.9% and 95.4% respectively, the activety of POD mcreased by 4.5 time. However, the phenomena of fiberization and abscission in CTB did not occure.
