摘要
目的:了解类风湿性关节炎患者的心理健康状况。方法:采用抑郁自评量表调查89例类风湿性关节炎患者,调查方式为自填式。结果:类风湿性关节炎患者中抑郁得分高于国内常模,抑郁的发生与病程的长短、功能障碍程度有关(P<0.01)。结论:类风湿性关节炎患者存在一定的抑郁症状,在诊治中要有针对性地进行健康教育。
Objective：To investigate the affective disorder in rheumatoid arthritis （RA）.Methods：89 RA patients were investigated with self-reported depression scale （SDS）,the relationship between depression and clinical indicators was analysed.Results：RA patients＇depression score was higher than the normal （P〈0.01）.RA patients＇ depression was relevant to disease course and disability （P〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion：Patients with RA have symptoms of depression to a certain extent.Doctors should pay attention to their mentality emotion in diagnosis and treatment of the patients with RA.
