摘要
农村文化是农村教师专业发展的特定生态环境,它具有自然性、封闭性、边缘性和落后性的特点,它在物质、制度和精神三个层面制约了农村学校和教师的文化建设,从而使农村教师专业发展面临着文化困境。重建物质文化、制度文化、精神文化是农村教师专业发展走出文化困境的基本对策。
Rural culture is the specified ecological environment for the rural teachers' professional development, which is natural, closed, marginal and backward, restricting the cultural construction of rural schools and teachers from three levels of material, system and spirit, as a result of which the rural teachers' professional development is confronted with the cultural plight. It is the basic countermeasure for the rural teachers' professional development to get out of the difficult situation to reconstruct the material culture, the system culture and the spiritual culture.
