摘要
通过在ZrO_(2)与40Cr钢的钎焊连接中加入缓冲层4J33,Ni,Ti和Cu,来研究缓冲层化学成分对连接强度的影响。结果表明,4J33和Ni因其化学元素与钎料发生化学反应,损害了钎料的活性,致使ZrO_(2)/缓冲层/40Cr钢连接失败;而缓冲层Ti和Cu虽然大量溶入钎料中,但并不影响钎料和ZrO2的反应结合,故可提高ZrO_(2)/40Cr钢的连接强度。
In this paper,we make a research on the effect of chemical composition of buffer on joint strength by inserting 4J33,Ni,Ti and Cu between ZrO;and steel 40Cr.The results indi-cate:the chemical reaction between 4J33,Ni and brazing alloy harms the activity of solder and damages the bonding of ZrO₂/buffer/40Cr;although Ti and Cu dissolive into the brazing al-loy greatly,they don't affect the reaction between ZrO;and solder and improve the jiont strength of ZrO:/40Cr.
