摘要
用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理整株长寿花后,测定其叶片中可溶性糖,淀粉,蛋白质,光合色素等的含量。结果表明:处理后叶片中可溶性糖含量均比对照高,其中50 Gy处理最高;90 Gy处理淀粉含量下降,比对照低16.9%,其他剂量条件下升高;30 Gy以上处理蛋白质含量的上升较大,50 Gy处最高;光合色素含量也不同程度的增加。叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量与可溶性糖呈显著正相关;叶绿素b与可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关;叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量与叶绿素a含量呈极显著正相关。
Kalanchoeblossfeldiana was treated with variance ^60Co-γ ray to determine the content of dissoluble sugar, starch, protein and photosynthesis in leaf. It was found that after irradiation, the content of dissoluble sugar was increased and at 50 Gy it reached to the max. The starch was decreased by 16.9 % compared with CK in 90 Gy but increased at other dosages. Protein content was increased when dosage was more than 30 Gy and at 50 Gy it reached to the max. There was positive correlation between the Chlorophyll-a and carotenoids, dissoluble sugar, respectively. And chlorophyll b had significant positive correlation with dissoluble sugar. Meanwhile, chlorophyll b and carotenoids had significant positive correlation with chlorophyll a.
