摘要
本文提出了双工位电子束焊机设计时需要考虑的各种问题。重点介绍旋转工作台的原理设计、独具特色的动力装置和定位机构。对工作台的起动阻力矩和焊接位置的选择进行了计算。给出双工位电子束焊机的一种高精度、低成本的设计方法,为多工位焊机的设计打下了基础。
In this paper various problems,that need to care during the design ofdual-station electron beam welder for gears,are given.The principle design ofthe turn table and the special drive system and positioner are presented.Thetorque and the selection of the welding station are calculated.The methodfor.the design of low cost,high precision dual-station electron beam welderis given,which may become the foundation for design of the multi-stationelectron beam welders.
