摘要
本文以西安市住宅市场为研究背景,针对当前房地产市场的供需现状,结合笔者的市场调查,预测了西安住宅市场的发展方向,并提出“在相当长一段时间内经济适用住房都应是我国住宅市场发展主体”的结论。"
Taking the residential market in Xi＇an as our study background,aiming the status quo of supply and demand of the current estate markct and comhining with the author＇s market investigation, this paper forecasts thc devolopmental direction of the residential market in Xi＇an and puts forward that tbe cconomic affordable hausing will be tbe main part of rcsidential market in China over the long haul.
