油菜无性系性状的稳定性鉴定

STABILITY IDENTIFICATION OF THE AGRONOMIC CHARACTERS OF CLONAL F_2 POPULATION IN RAPESEED(BRASSICA NAPUS)

摘要 以甘蓝型油菜茎尖进行快繁培养,获得119个F2无性系株系,研究该群体作为可重复作图群体的效率。田间性状考察发现:该群体后代再生植株在苗期、蕾薹期株系内生长整齐一致,一植株在叶片大小、形状和茎等性状发生变异,并表现为败育;株系内植株花期较一致,10个株系表现为初花期提前。变异系数分析发现:R0代在一次有效枝起点上表现出的差异最大,变异频率为44.54%;主花序长和角果长度的变异最小(变异频率均为0);株高、一次有效分枝数和主花序有效长虽有一定变异,但变异的频率都很小;可能受环境和管理的双重影响,F2无性系群体的R0代单株在有效果数、主序有效果数和每果粒数上表现出了较大的变异。 One hundred and nineteen F2 clonal lines of rapeseed (Brassiiea napus L. ) were obtained in stem tip culture and used as a repetitive colony in genetic mapping. Observation in the fields demonstrated that the regenerated plants of the 119 lines grew unifi)rmly at the seedling and bolting stages. Variations in leaf size, leaf shape and stem, and abortion were noticed in one plant. Initial blooming lasted about 5 ~ 12 days in most lines and extended to 15 days in 10.lines. Analysis of CV ( coefficient of variance) of the R0 generation indicated that variation in zero point for the 1 st braehes was the highest, with a variation frequency of 44.54% , and main inflorescence length and pod length showed no variation; variation in stem height, number of 1st branches and effective length of main inflorescence was low; pods per plant, pod number of the main racemes and seeds per pod displayed evident variation due to the influences of environment and management.
