摘要
该文研究了高乙烯基锡偶联型SSBR、NR、BR 3种胶料的相容性及共混硫化胶的性能。结果表明:SSBR、NR及BR在一定的比例下,具有较好的相容性,DMA曲线上只有1个玻璃化转变,当SSBR/BR/NR的比例为20:30:50时,共混硫化胶的M300、断裂伸长率和断裂时的拉伸疲劳次数最大,力学性能较好。SSBR/BR/NR 3种胶料共混有效地改善了NR的耐磨耗性能和抗湿滑性能,而对滚动阻力影响不大。
The compatibility and the properties of the blends of high-vinyl SSBR ( solution styrenebutadiene rubber) , BR (butadiene rubber) and NR (natural rubber) are studied. The results show that SSBR, BR and NR are compatible in a definite proportion. There is only one glasstransition temperature in the DMA curve. M300 elongation at break and fatigue cycles of the blends and vulcanizates are the best when the ratio of SSBR/BR/NR is 20: 30: 50. Blending with SSBR/BR, the anti-abrasion property and wet skid resistance of NR are improved while the rolling resistance of NR is only affected slightly.
