摘要
根据锡铁山铅锌矿深部矿石性质的变化,在对原矿性质、金银赋存状态研究的基础上,改进原性电位调控工艺和优先-混合浮选工艺的药剂制度和工艺条件,提高综合浮选指标。在不改变原生产主流程的条件下,铅回路增加A66和T016两种新药剂,调整锌硫回路CaO用量,有效地强化了铅锌及金银矿物的浮选。工业试验结果分别提高铅、锌、金、银回收率1.14%,1.4%,18.31%,15.34%,年经济效益增加5200万元以上。
Based on the investigation of the ore properties and the state of gold and silver in the ore, the reagent and parameter of the used flotation technology of original potential control and selective-mixed floatation are improved in order to increase the floatation indexes with the consideration of the feature variation of the deep strope ores in Xitieshan Lead-zinc Mine. Two new reagents are additionally used in the lead floatation circuit, and the dosage of CaO in zinc circuit is adjusted with no remarkable change of the principal flowsheet, the floatation process of the minerals of lead, zinc, gold and silver are effectively strengthened. The recoveries of lead, zinc, gold and silver are increased by 1.14%, 1.4%, 18.31%, 15.34% in commercial test, the annual economic profit is over 52M¥.
