摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要并发病,它的形成与血液粘滞度的变化密切相关。为了探讨糖尿病肾病的血液流变学特征与变化规律,预防或延缓此类并发症的产生,改善预后。本文回顾性分析了20例糖尿病肾病患者的血液流变学资料。结果表明:该病的血液流变学各项指标均高于正常值,且以全血(比)粘度、血球压积及血浆(比)粘度明显(P<0.05),属于高粘滞状态。血液流变学异常是糖尿病肾病的一个突出病理生理学表现,它是糖尿病病程发展的结果,又是病变加重,导入恶性循环的原因。正确地认识该病的血液流变学特点,密切关注糖尿病肾病的血液流变学变化,对于了解该病的病程、进展与预后,指导治疗具有实际意义,也可为中医进行活血化瘀治疗提供依据。
The main complication of mellitaria diabetogenous nephrosis,which is closely related to the changes in blood viscosity.The data of blood hydrokinetics on 20 patients of diabelogenous nephrosis were analysed in order to probe into the laws and the features of blood hydrokinetics of diabetogenous nephrosis,to retard or prevent this kind of complication and to improve the living quality.The results showed that each index of blood hydrokinetics of this disease was obviously higher than normal suggesting high viscosity.Abnormity of blood hydrokinetics is a prominent pathohpysiologic factor in diabetogenous nephrosis,which is either the results of the development of diabetogenous course or the main cause of the pathological worse to lead to malignant circula- tion.Therefore,it is significant to grasp the characteristic of the blood hydrokinelics in this dis- ease and pay close attention to its changes for knowing the course,the development and the prog- nosis to direct the treatment.
