VCM装置中氧氯化急冷塔防护层材料研究

摘要 试验研究了几种用于氯乙烯生产装置中氧氯化急冷塔的防护层材料。结果表明:在氧氯化急冷塔的工况条件下,防渗层材料E-51环氧树脂及F-44酚醛改性环氧树脂的耐腐蚀性不够理想;选取的耐酸耐热砖及耐酸隔热砖可耐腐蚀;FS-90呋喃树脂胶泥及2130酚醛树脂胶泥可达到工况条件的要求,但两者的耐腐蚀性能尚需进一歩研究。 Some kinds of protecing coating materials for oxychlorination tower in vinyl chloride production facility were tested. The results showed that under the operating conditions of oxychlorination quench tower,the corrosion rcsistcncc of antipermcation materials E- 51 epoxy resin and F- 44 modified phenolic epoxy resin were not good;the selected acid and heat resisting brick and insulating acid- proof brick had anticorrosive property; FS - 90 furan resin daub and 2130 phenolic resin daub could mcct the requirements of operating conditions, but their anticorrosive properties needed to be tested further.
