摘要
目的探讨学生干部和普通学生的人格特质,为学生干部的选拔、培养和管理提供科学的依据和方法。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷对44名学生干部和42名普通学生进行调查。结果学生干部在乐群性、聪慧性、特强性、敢为性4个因子上与普通学生间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论学生干部群体倾向于表现出热情、乐群、聪明、富有才能、善于抽象思维、好强固执、独立积极、冒险敢为、少有顾及等人格特征。
Objective To explore the personality traits of student cadras and general student, in order to offerring scientifical evidences and methods for selecting, cultivating and managingthe student cadras. Methods 44 students cadras and 42 genenal students were assessed with the Karterl 16 Persnality Factors questionnaire. Results There were significant differences between the student cadras and general students exsisting in the four genes： frank （A）, intelligent （B） subborn（E） and courageous （H） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The student cadras tend to behave such personality traits as extrovert, enthusiastic, frank, intelligent, full of capabilities being, expert, in abstract thinking, tubborn, independent, active, adventurous, courageous, considering, little and so on.
