摘要
目的本实验探讨长期大量饮酒对大鼠性功能的影响。方法将30只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组,20%酒精剂量组和40%酒精剂量组。分别以生理盐水、20%和40%食用酒精各2mL给大鼠灌胃,每日1次。3个月后,观察各组大鼠性行为和药物诱发阴茎勃起的变化;用酶放大物理发光仪测定各组大鼠血清睾酮的含量;测定阴茎平滑肌中一氧化氮合成酶的总量。结果与对照组相比,20%酒精剂量组和40%酒精剂量组大鼠性行为、血清睾酮含量和阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶活性有统计学意义(P<0.05),40%酒精剂量组大鼠的药物诱发阴茎勃起实验也受到抑制(P<0.05)。结论大鼠长期大量饮酒后性功能障碍,其机制与血浆睾酮含量降低,阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶活性降低有关。
[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of long terra and excessive intake of ethanol on sexual function of the rats. [Methods] Thirty adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into throe groups: the control group, 20% ethanol group and 40% ethanol group. 0.9% natric chloride.20% and 40% ethanol solution were administered with a dose of 2ml through gastric tubes in the rats every day. Three monthes later, the effects of ethanol on sexual function were studied by sexual behavior, the number of apomorphine-induced penile erection, testosterone in the sera and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in the penis. [Results] Compared with the control group, sexual behavior, testosterone in the sera and NOS activity in the penis of 20% ethanol group and 40% ethanol group were inhibited significantly (P 〈0.05). The number of apomorphine-induced penile erection was also decroased notably in 40% ethanol group(P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Long terra and excessive intake of ethanol can induce sexual dysfunction in rats. The decline of testosterone in the sera and NOS in the penis may be respensible for it.
