摘要
护士不良行为是指缺乏严谨科学的工作态度、责任心差、服务态度差等,它能滞后个人乃至整个护理事业的发展。注重护理人员人文素养、服务意识、慎独精神的培养及有效地对病人运用人文关怀,可提升护理人员整体素质,减少不良行为的发生,并能缓解护患之间的矛盾。
Nurses＇ bad behaviors mean their weakly scientific attitude toward work, less respon- sibility, poor service and so on. These bad behaviors could hold back the improvement of individual, even of the nursing undertaking. To focus on cultivating human diathesis, ideal of service, independent spirit of nurses and taking humanism care effectively for the patients can make the nurses be developed and minimize their bad behaviors and release the contradiction between nurses and patients.
