摘要
赤潮是目前已知的海洋最大的生态灾害之一,它危及海洋渔业资源,破坏海洋生态环境,因此建立了多种预警模型综合运用的赤潮预警系统。在赤潮监控预警业务分析的基础上,集成浮标、船载快速监测、航空遥感监测、卫星遥感监测等多种监测手段,实时获取监控海区的赤潮相关各要素的状况与动态变化数据,开展赤潮监测数据的综合处理分析、评价等信息产品制作与服务技术,分析确定赤潮生消过程中的关键影响要素。该预警系统可以通过赤潮预测预报技术研究,实时或准实时地监测赤潮环境要素状况与动态变化,提供实时监测数据和综合信息,并能对重点监控区进行赤潮监控预警。
Red tide is one of the largest marine ecological disasters which have been known, and it endangers marine fishery resources, destructs the marine environment. Therefore , the red tide waming system that many kinds of waming models are used in is set up: been based on red tide monitoring forecasting to wam , integrating buoys, ship-born rapid monitoring, remote sensing monitoring of aerospace, satellite remote sensing and other monitoring methods to monitor, real-time access to the area of red tide monitoring the situation with all relevant elements of the data changes. To improve red tide monitoring data analysis and evaluation of information technology products and services products, the process of analysis to determine the source of red tide critical element. The early waming system for red tide forecasting techniques can create a real-time or associate real-time monitoring of red tide and its changing environmental factors, providing real-time monitoring data and comprehensive information, and is able to focus on early waming monitoring red tide monitoring zone.
