摘要
从模具的设计制造、安装使用以及压力机的精度等三方面对模具的制造、维修成本和使用寿命的影响进行比较详细的分析,提出了从冷冲模具的设计制造、安装使用和提高压力机精度等方面入手,降低模具制造维修费用、提高工艺性能和延长模具使用寿命的方法作了比较全面的阐述,对降低冲压产品的生产成本具有很好的指导作用。
From the design and manufacture, installing and usage, the precision of pressure mechanisms of model tools, this paper analyzes in details the manufacture, the cost of service and the affect of its life-span, puts forward the ways of reducing the cost of service of model tools manufacture, improving the function of technology and prolonging the life-span of model tools. This article is an excellent guidance for reducing the cost of pressure productions.
