摘要
Runx3基因是近年来发现的一个新的肿瘤抑制基因,其在小鼠胚胎发育过程及人类多种恶性肿瘤尤其是在胃癌的发生过程中起重要作用,现就Runx3基因与胃癌的发生发展过程中的关系及研究现状作一综述。
Runx3 gene is a novel tumor suppressor gene in recent years. It plays an important role in the developing in embyro of mice and many maglignant turnouts in human, espcially in gastric carcinoma. The article reviews the relationship between the Runx3 gene and gastric carcinoma.
