在校园文化企业化的过程中，要按照企业文化建设营造校园文化氛围，按照职业素质的要求强化职业道德教育，按照职业能力的要求加强职业技能培养，按照企业文化的特点组织校园文化活动，按照企业的架构构建班集体。
Enterprising campus culture is the outcome of social development, the requirement of self - development of secondary vocational education, and the call of modem enterprise. During the process of the construction of enterprising culture on campus, school should strengthen vocational moral education according to the requirement of vocational abilities ,organize cultural activities on campus according to enterprising culture.
