摘要
本文描述了我国信息产业在“八五”、“九五”和到２０１０年的发展情况，提出了“大信息产业”的概念，指明了信息产业各部分相互融合的趋势，强调对信息产业的发展要从综合集成的高度来认识和发展，从产业渗透的广度来推动和促进，从全球竞争的角度来抓紧和强化，从持续发展的要求来培育和扶植，并逐一作了论证。
This paper describes the development of China's Information industry during the periods of Eighth Five year Plan and Ninth Five year Plan and to the year 2010.The integrated trend of different parts in the information industry has been pointed out. The author emphasizes that the development of information industry should be placed on the basis of different points of view including the integration of all its parts, infiltrating into traditional industries,global competition,and sustainable economic development.
