摘要 用波长为266nm的激光激发不同尺寸、不同掺Ce^3+浓度的YAP:Ce闪烁晶体,测量其光致激光荧光衰减常数,测量结果表明:YAP:Ce闪烁晶体的光致荧光衰减常数约为18.2ns,且与实验晶体厚度及Ce^3+掺杂浓度(0.1%~0.6%原子分数)无关。 In this paper laser excited (excitation at 266nm) fluorescence decay constants of YAP: Ce scintillation crystals with different sizes and various Ce^3+ dopant concentrations were measured. The results revealed that the laser excited fluorescence decay constant of YAP:Ce scintillator crystal is about 18.2ns, and the decay time is independent of its size and doped concentration of Ce^3+ within the range from 0.1 at% to 0.6at%.
