摘要
目的测试激光焊接纯钛(TA2)及钛合金(TC4)的疲劳强度,探讨激光焊接对钛试件疲劳强度的影响及临床应用的可行性。方法将纯钛及钛合金铸造成哑铃形试件(长44mm,两端φ6mm,中间φ3mm),采用激光焊接,焊后采用万能测试机测得对照组及焊件的疲劳强度,并对断裂试件断口作扫描电镜分析。结果激光焊接纯钛及钛合金试件的疲劳强度与对照组差异有显著性(P<0·01);扫描电镜见激光焊接断口有气孔裂纹。结论激光焊接纯钛及钛合金试件的疲劳强度与对照组差异有显著性。
Objective To evaluate the fatigue strength of laser-welded specimen fabricated from pure titinium (TA2) and titanium alloy( TC4), and explore the effect of laser welding on fatigue strength of titanium specimens and its possibility of laser welding in clinical use. Methods TA2 and TC4 were mechanically processed into a dumbbell rod(total length 44mm, middle diameter 3mm, diameter of two extremity 6mm) and joined with laser welding. A universal testing machine was used to test tensile load and fatigue strength. The fatigue fracture surface was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results The results showed that the fatigue strength of the laser-welded test specimens decreased considerably compared to intact specimens. SEM examination showed that there were such defects as pore and cracks in the welding zone. Conclusion The fatigue strength of the laser-welded joints is considerably lower than that of intact specimens.
