从河北衡水某规模化猪场21日龄发病仔猪脾脏中分离到1株革兰氏阴性杆菌,通过菌落形态、培养特性和微量生化试验,鉴定为大肠埃希菌,应用大肠埃希菌O抗原定型血清鉴定为O141。该菌株对供试的14种抗菌药物均产生耐药性,其中多种常用抗菌药物对其完全没有抑制作用。动物致病性和毒素试验表明,该菌株在20 h内能够导致70%小鼠死亡,并产生热稳定肠毒素,为1株产肠毒素性大肠埃希菌。
A gram-negative bacterium was isolated from the spleen of a sick piglet at the age of 21 days in a farm in Hengshui, Hebei Province. This bacterium was identified as Escherichia coli by colony form, culture characteristic and minimal biochemical test, and its serotype as O141 by slide agglutination test. The E. coli strain appeared resistant to 14 kinds of antimicrobical drugs used in the experiment, most of which had no any inhibitive effect on this strain. Furthermore, the strain caused 70% of mice to die within 20 h and produced heat-stable enterotoxin (ST). The results indicate it is enterotoxigenic E. coli.
