摘要
瘤胃非消化性寡糖(RNDO)具有促进瘤胃微生物生长繁殖、提高动物免疫力、促进营养物质消化吸收等多种功能。本文初步探讨运用人工瘤胃体外培养系统对饲料原料进行消化处理、采用葡聚糖凝胶分离、以苯酚-硫酸法测定瘤胃非消化性寡糖含量,并运用该方法测定玉米、玉米秸、豆粕、苜蓿、青干草、羊草、谷草等反刍动物常用饲料原料的瘤胃非消化性寡糖含量。
Rumen non-digestible oligosaccharides （RNDO） ,which have all kinds of functions,such as promoting growth and propagate of rumen microbe,improving immunity funtion of animal,promoting nutrients to be digested and so on.In the experiment,rumen ectogenesis system was used to pretreat feeding stuffs,then Sephadex-25 was used to isolate oligosaccharides,finally determine the content of RNDO of several feedstuffs for ruminant such as corn, corn straw,soybean meal,alfalfa,dry grass ,etc. with phenol-sulfurlic acid method.
