本文介绍所采用的办法对现行的硝酸铵生产装置进行改造,解决了改性剂的加入问题,确定了最终的生产工艺,产品符合国家农用硝酸铵拒爆的最新标准,且生产工艺简单,设备投资少,具有良好的应用前景,是硝酸铵生产厂一条很好的改产途径。
We solve the problem of adding modified agent, determine the final production technology by altering the present facility of ammonium nitrate . At the same time , the production conform with state, s newly misfire standard about fertilizer--grade ammonium nitrate,The production technology is simpler and the invest in facility is less. The application prospect of the fertilizer will be bright. It is a well practical way for ammonium nitrate plant for product alteration.
