In this paper,the basic kinds of vestibule diaphragms on high speed cars and technical requirements of vestibute diaphragms on high speed passenger cars in Germany,France,Japan,America, etc. are introduced,and envisagement of high speed passenger car vestibule diaphragms applied on Beijing Shanghai Line in our country is put forth.
