摘要
根据2003年6月初对胶州湾海域的调查资料,分析了该海域的底栖生物的种类组成及生物量分布。共鉴定了40种底栖生物,平均总生物量为23.93g/m2,平均栖息密度为400个/m2。调查结果表明,生物量受盐度影响,而栖息密度受水深和有机质含量影响。胶州湾由于受污染缘故,多样性指数远低于3,生物群落呈非健康状态,并与20世纪90年代的调查结果相比较发现,生物量呈严重下降趋势,而栖息密度呈上升趋势。
Species composition and biomass distribution of benthos in the Jiaozhou Bay are analyzed with the investigation data from the sea area in June 2003.40 species of benthos are identified,and averagely the total biomass is 23.93 g/m 2 and population density 400/m 2.The study results reveal that the biomass has been affected by salinity while population density is influenced by water depth and organic matter.Due to contamination,the Jiaozhou Bay shows its diversity index far less than 3,and the benthos communities are in the unhealthy condition.Compared with data in 1990s,our study results show a sharp decrease in the biomass and increase in population density.
