摘要
发端于中华儒学思想的日本企业文化是日本“经济奇迹”的内在动力,以“家”理念、团队精神和人本主义为特点的日本企业文化,作为东亚企业文化的成功代表具有科学合理的一面,但也有其局限性。在我国企业文化建设中,要借鉴日本企业文化的成功经验,吸收中华传统文化精髓,实现企业文化内涵与形式的统一,构建具有中国特色的企业文化。
Originating from Chinese Confucian, the Japanese corporation culture is the inner motive power of Japanese "Economy Miracle" . It takes "family" as the tenet and "person centered" as the characteristic. As a successful sample of corporation culture in oriental countries, it has its reasonable parts as well as the limiting ones. During the construction of our country's corporation culture, we should referencing from the successful experiences of Japanese corporation culture as well as absorb the essences of Chinese traditional culture to realize the unity of the corporation culture's connotation and form, and then construct the Chinese characterized corporation culture.
