摘要
针对目前有关三农问题的讨论和十一五规划中农村问题的相关政策方略,该文从全新的视角提出用企业家精神重构农村经济、增加农民收入的设想。在此基础上,文章对农村企业家精神进行了界定,并利用模糊曲线分析法剖析了影响企业家精神的要素,求出各要素的贡献弹性,进而提出三农问题发展的相应对策建议。
In view of all the analysis of rural development, this paper puts forward a new idea ： the rural economy with entrepreneurs. It defines the connotation of rural entrepreneurship and Building analyzes the factors that have influences on entrepreneurship by fuzzy curve method. It gives the contributive elasticity of each factor and provides policy suggestion accordingly.
