摘要
用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,观察其痛阈的变化及前列腺素(PGs)对其痛阈的影响。结果表明,腹腔注射STZ后第2周时,糖尿病组大鼠的伤害性爪回缩阈值(NPWT)显著降低,即已产生病过敏。第5周时给两组大鼠腹腔注射消炎痛,糖尿病痛过敏大鼠的NPWT明显升高,而皮内注射外源性PGE1、PGE2和PGD2后,它们使两组大鼠的NPWT均明显降低。上述结果提示PGs在大鼠糖尿病痛过敏中起重要作用。
The pain threshold were examined in the diabetic rat model set up by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ),and the effects of prostaglandins(PGs)on the pain thresholds were observed. The results showed that the nociceptive paw-withdrawal threshold(NPWT) of diabetic group of rats was decreased significantly at the time of second week after the experiment,suggesting that the hyperagesia occurred. At the time of fifth week, the NPWT was markedly increased by intraperitoneal injection of indomethacin in diabetic hyperalgesic rats. However, after diabetic and control groups of rats were intradermally injected with exogenous PGE1,PGE2 and PGD2 respectively, the NPWT was decreased significantly. The above results suggest that PGs play an important role in hyperalgesia of diabetic rats.
