摘要
以动脉血压(ABP)、左心室内压峰值(LVP)、左心室内压变化上升最大速率(LVPdp/dtmax)及心电图(ECG)为指标,观察了电针心经循行路线上的3个测试点和电针肺经循行路线上的3个测试点以及不电针的对照组对心脏功能的影响。在48只家兔用乌拉坦(1g/kg)麻醉,静脉滴入垂体后叶素造成心肌缺血动物模型的实验观察结果表明,电针心经对心脏功能的调节作用比电针肺经显著,有相对特异性。说明心经作为一条经脉,与心脏功能活动有密切关系。
In order to probe into the relationship between heart meridian (a channel) and the cardiac function,the authors observed the laboratory acute myocardial ischemia rabbits model made through intravenous injection into posterior pituitary hormones.The result shown that the distinct difference existed in the improvements of the arterial blood pressure(ABP),left intraventricular pressure(LVP),maximum rate of intraventricular pressurerise(do/dtmax) and electrocardiogram (ECG) on the heart meridian and lungs meridian by electroaccupuncture,the heart meridian by electroaccupuncture and non-electroaccupuncture control group. It suggested that the regulating action of the heart meridian by electroaccupuncture on the cardiac function was better than that of lungs meridian and the difference was significant. Therefor,it is evident that the heart meridian (a channel) is closely related to the functional activity of the heart.
