摘要
对于旋转对称静电场的分布问题,本文提出了一种新的数值求解法。文中引入了准面电荷密度的概念并将此密度分布用三次样条函数来描写;同时,把形成电场的轴对称电极用三次样条函数来表示。利用积分方程,通过已知的电极电位,求出准面电荷密度分布,再据此求出空间电位分布。与其它方法相比,这种方法能精确地处理具有复杂电极外形的轴对称电极系统,应用范围广,稳定性好,且简洁明了,易于掌握。
For the electrcstatic field distribution problems with axial symmetry,a new nu- merical method is proposed.A new concept of quasi-charge density is introduced. The density distribution is represented by 3-spline functions.The axial symmetry electrodes that formed the electrostatic field is also described by 3-spline functions. Using intergral equations,the quasi-charge density distribution can be obtained by the known electrode potential;then the spacial potential distribution will be solved out.Compared with other methods,cur scheme can precisely deal with axial symmetry electrode systems with complicated electrode shapes.It is concise and easy to handle.It's performance is stable.Our method may be get widely used in many application cases.
