摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及围手术期处理原则。方法采用C臂X线机监视下手法复位动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折34例,34例年龄平均61岁(范围52岁￣71岁)。结果34例均手术顺利并获得随访,平均随访15.0个月,按Harris评分标准,优良率88.2%。结论应用SHS内固定治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折具有手术操作方便易行、固定可靠、术后并发症少的优点,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的较理想方法。
Objective To study the surgical method of internal fixation and the treating principle of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracturex.during perioperative period. Methods ＂ 34 cases of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures aging from 52 to71 years -old （average 61） were treated with internal fixation using DHS ＇after X-ray guided reduction. Results All the 34patients had been followed up for 15.0 months in average （range 6~24 months）, 88.2% were classified as excellent and good in Harris score. Concllusion The internal fixation with DHS for aged patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures has the advantage of simplicity and good fixation and less complications and It is a satisfactory mothod.
