摘要
目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺纤维蛋白黏合剂治疗骶神经根囊肿的疗效。方法对16例骶神经根囊肿患者,在高分辨CT引导下定位,行穿针经骶孔刺入神经根囊肿内,抽尽囊肿内液体。将医用生物蛋白胶(FG)的主体和催化剂溶液,同时等量注入囊腔内。结果16例骶神经根囊肿患者经治疗后,神经压迫症状解除,术后随诊1个月￣26个月无神经损伤、无感染、无复发。术后CT复查显示囊肿内CT值增高,无脑脊液存留。MRT示囊肿消失。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺引流囊肿内注射FG黏合剂治疗骶神经根囊肿是一种安全、可靠、经济、有效的新疗法。
Objective To study the effect of CT-Guided percutaneous puncture on the sacral nerve root sheath eyst, Methods Under the high-resolution CT-guidanee,The cysticfluld was aspirated and fibrin glue （FG）therapy were performed in ＇all the 16patlents with sacral nerve root cysts.Equal volumes of the cyopreeipitate and tbrombill-calcium chloride solution weresimuhaneously injected until substantial forward resistance was feh. Results followed up for l to26months , Satisfactory resuhs were achieved and symptoms disappeared in all 16 patients ＇after percutaneous aspiratin and fibringlue therapy. No infection,no nerve damage or recurrenee and no ccrebrospinal fluid （CSF）leaks were discoved.Conclusion CT-guided pereutaneous puncture and injecting fibrin glue is a safely and efficient new methods to the Sacral Nerve Root cyst.
