摘要
高职教育是我国高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,为我国经济建设提供着最为直接,并且最为强大的人力资源支撑,提高高职教育人才培养质量对其自身发展及经济建设意义重大。本文从影响高职教育人才培养质量的三个因素:教师的主导作用、学生的主体地位及人才培养方案,论述了如何提高高职教育人才培养质量。
